Choose an online or hybrid in-person track to fit your needs.
For the fully online track, learn on your own time as well as during live Zoom classrooms and a one-week residency during your last course. For the hybrid track, you’ll spend half of each semester in weekly Zoom sessions and the other half attending classes in person.

The experience was amazing! There is no other school that talks about “being in your purpose” and figuring out what IS your purpose. MCNY and Emergency Management helped me define myself as a person. I am a veteran and for me, the emergency and disaster management program was an extension of that. If you get that base from emergency management, business continuity and disaster recovery…the sky is the limit. You can basically go anywhere you want to. It’s a great program. Emergency & Disaster Management, MPA scholarships and financing
- MCNY Recognition Award provides up to $4,500 a year in tuition assistance for all eligible graduate students.
- All graduate students are eligible to apply for the Federal Graduate PLUS Loan for the full cost of attendance.
- Veterans are able to use their residency VA benefits with our online program, as you study 2, one week courses on site in the beginning and end of the online program.
- Graduate students can borrow the full cost of attendance through the federal Title IV Graduate PLUS program, covering both tuition and living expenses.
